i would use the gallery if the freakin thing would let me .
i cant access it . or even set up my own personal gallery
even when i am logged in it keeps taking me to a login screen
or telling me that

no lol i enjoy the gym and i am dedicated to being the next scotlands strongest man then possibly britains and theres a slight chance if im good enough i may go to the worlds strongest man :lol: hopefully i will but who knows

Well in Cammy, I do 2 hours a day Mon - Fri but just Cardio and Weights for endurance...

Right now I`m busting my head with all this nutritional supplement madness; I used to take Creatine when I did track running, now I`ve been recommended L-Glutamine but all the talk of Whey Isolates, Hydrosalates and Concentrates and whatnot could drive a guy mental !!!

cool mate !! do you do the highland games etc also ?

i run 7 miles each day but thats it .. no weights or that .
