Hi has anyone fished here for the carp? I was working in Edinburgh and got talking to a guy on site who was local and he said it had the scottish record at one point.

hi you have to get permit from holyrood ranger office this is a must these guys are very strict.you dont have much to fish from.the carp are there but hard to get into.plenty roach and perch.the hundreds of birds will drive you nuts tight lines.

Cheers I will take a drive in on Saturday and see what it looks like with a big bag of bait in hand and if it looks worth while I will put some in and go back and fish sunday.
