Hello everyone

I'm Broony, only just recently got into carp fishing, I'm a keen piker sea angler and fluff chucker I love fishing in all forms! I'm in the army so have to make the most of my time I get to fish, been lucky this year though as currently working down South and we have a lake on camp which is full of stunning fish, had a good few decent pike, my pb perch, my first ever catfish, 6 carp smallest at 22 and two largest at 38 each, the sport has been amazing so I'm now well and truly hooked on carping and catting...

Based up in Inverness normally however not many carp waters up there, but home is Kirkcaldy so got Kinghorn and the brickie nearby, hope to get out next time I'm home..

You have two waters containing carp within 30 minutes of where you are..but no 30's I am afraid

I am an ex Highlander myself, know Fort George only too well.

Rob I'm at Fort George, for my sins! I don't mind it there really! I've got a few good friends in the Highlanders as I was attached to them for two years good lads! I'm Black Watch, cheers pigeonman! I I've done plenty of trout fishing, pike fishing (but hard going due to the fishmongers) and lots of sea fishing, had a couple of nice pike from Kinghorn

Rob I think I know which two waters you are on about fished one of them many times with no luck other than lots of wee wild broonies!

Always a chance of a dolphin or two to a livebait hung out your window! I have heard rumors of Bass swiming around the Fort as well.
